École Ibn Batouta is committed to providing an accessible, high-quality education that meets Ontario standards while incorporating faith and cultural enrichment. Below is an overview of our infrastructure, tuition, and payment policies.
CURRENT INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
Our school consists of four distinct departments to meet the unique developmental and academic needs of students:
Junior/Senior Kindergarten (JK and SK): Designed for young learners to develop foundational skills in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Primary School (Grades 1 to 6): Focused on building strong academic foundations in core subjects while fostering creativity, curiosity, and exploration.
Middle School (Grades 7 and 8): Prepares students for high school with an emphasis on critical thinking, collaboration, and academic growth.
High School (Grades 9 to 12): Offers a comprehensive academic program aligned with the Ontario curriculum, including the opportunity to earn high school credits and preparation for post-secondary education.
NUMBER OF TEACHERS AND STAFF
The school enjoys an average of 15 teachers, and 3 administrators. All our teachers are qualified and professional. We have Ontario certified teachers and teachers who work part-time. All our staff are dedicated to the work and want to make a difference in their community and in the life of a Muslim student.
DAYCARE
We are planning to re-activate the school Daycare center process, which was discontinued three years ago because of lack of space. We will announce the scheduled opening of the center when the approval is obtained from the relevant Government authorities.
